SEMI-PRIVATE

CHILD & RATES:

6y/o up and SC        – 100% rates

3-5 y/o                       – 50% of the equivalent adult rate

Below 2 y/o                – Free of Charge

*Child ratio: 1 child per adult, additional child will be treated as adult rate.

AGENTS/PARTNERS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These AGENTS/PARTNERS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS supersede only the down-payment requirements and payment schedule. All other provisions shall remain governed by the existing General Terms and Conditions.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT

• Prices may change unless booking is confirmed.
• A ₱1,000/person reservation fee confirms your slot and is deducted from the total package.
• 50% balance must be paid 14 days before the tour; the remaining 50% is payable in cash upon arrival.
• Reservation fees are non-refundable but transferrable.
• Bank transfer fees are shouldered by the client.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

• Itinerary changes must be coordinated with your guide or coordinator (additional fees may apply).
• No changes or cancellations are allowed within 7 days before the tour.
• Refunds apply only for cancellations made at least 1 week prior or if the event is cancelled due to typhoon, rough seas, travel bans, or other force majeure, unable to fulfill the minimum required participants per our policy.
• Should a guest be unable to attend, a replacement may be assigned. If no replacement is provided, the reservation will be forfeited and full payment remains due.

Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Guests must be fully vaccinated and physically fit.
• Follow all safety guidelines during the tour.
• ATX Travel & Tours may deny boarding to anyone who poses a safety risk.

ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS

• Tents provided for island overnights (if applicable).
• Meals typically include rice, seafood, meats, salads, fruits, and drinks. Guests with dietary restrictions are advised to bring their own food, as we may not be able to accommodate special meal requests.

LIABILITY AND COVERAGE

• Guests are responsible for personal belongings; ATX Travel & Tours is not liable for loss or damage.
• Tour coverage includes island-hopping, boat service, catering, and related activities.
• Accommodation, van, and boat transfers are third-party services; ATX Travel and Tours acts only as a facilitator, and you may choose not to include these services or arrange them on your own.

RESCHEDULING AND FORCE MAJEURE

• Tours may be rescheduled or cancelled if the minimum group size is not met or due to bad weather or unforeseen events.
• ATX will provide reasonable assistance during such situations.

ACCEPTANCE

• Payment confirms your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

General Terms and Conditions

HERE’S THE BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR AGENTS AND TRAVEL PARTNERS

STEP 1. Sign Up

Create agent account at https://staging.atxtravelph.com/my-account.

Once signed up kindly update the Billing Information with you company name and address.

Your billing information will serve as our identifier that it was book by a travel partner.

For existing agent – you can login to your My Account.

STEP 2. Check Tour Availability

There are ways to check availability. You can go to Trips Archive or Tour Availability Calendar.

Or you can directly check availability by contacting us.

STEP 3. Booking

Find your desired trip and click “Book Now“

STEP 4. Payment

On checkout page select Pay Deposit and Agency Credit under Payment Options (disregard the indicated amount, contracted rates prevail)

Once booked, A confirmation will be sent to your email with payment instruction.

Disregard the amount due written on the email and just settle the initial deposit required for agent (1000/person)

STEP 5. Verification

Send the proof of payment to any of our communication channels, (messenger, whatsApp, email) including the booking number.

STEP 6. Confirmation

Once payment is received and verified – a booking status on your My Account will change to “Booked” with an updated contract rates applied.

An email confirmation will also be sent to your registered email address within 24-48hrs upon receipt of payment.

STEP 3.

Find your desired trip and book.

STEP 4.

Choose partial payment and pay initial deposit required for agent 1000/person (disregard the amount indicated online)

Once booked, A confirmation will be sent to your email with payment instruction.

STEP 5.

Send the proof of payment to any of our communication channels, (messenger, whatsApp, email) including the booking number.

STEP 6.

Once payment is received and verified – a booking status will change to “Booked”. You can check on your My Account tab.

An email confirmation will also be sent to your registered billing email address.
